To have a quick fix, you need to Delete the C-00000291*.sys file from you computer:

Below are steps for quick Fix:

1. Boot Windows into Safe Mode or WRE.

2. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike

3. Locate and delete file matching “C-00000291*.sys“

4. Boot normally.

Note: If your Hard Drive is Windows Bitlocker Encrypted, you might need to remove that as well first. Once Delete, “C-00000291*.sys” and reboot, you might want to encrypt your Hard Drive again.
