Problem from a customer: want to do a firmware update but could’t get the usb to connect to the radio？
Please check if the programming cable is tightly connected to the radio.
The ports on our H8 radios are tight, which may result in not really connecting so as to be able to connect.
How to realize DTMF function?

You can also access the Odmaster web to edit your radio config file and we will sync the file to your account then you can then apply the configuration file to your radio through the app.
Why do I need to register an account to program my radio?
Your radio config file will be stored on your account and you can manage your config file on multiple devices.
Odmaster will remove the registration requirement for the programming feature in the upcoming update.
